Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Bagrusaree Suit, we aim to provide the best quality ethnic wear to our customers. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Policy

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • You have received the wrong product

You must inform us within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery if there is any issue.

The product must be:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags intact

After approval, the product must be shipped back within 4 days of delivery.

Exchange Policy

We offer a one-time exchange per order.

  • Exchange is allowed for another product of equal or higher value.

  • The original item must be returned in unused condition.

  • Customers are required to bear the return shipping cost.

  • If you want us to arrange reverse pickup, a ₹80 shipping fee per item will be applicable.

Color & Fabric Disclaimer

We try our best to display accurate colors of our products. However, a slight variation (5–10%) may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
Such minor color differences are not considered a defect.

We request customers to carefully read the product description, including fabric details and size information, before placing an order.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been worn or washed

  • The product is damaged after delivery

  • The issue is related to personal preference (such as liking or disliking the material or color)

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 5–6 working days

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method or bank account

Customers may be required to share bank details for refund processing in case of Cash on Delivery orders.

Wrong Product Received

If we send you the wrong item, we will arrange reverse pickup at no extra cost and send the correct product as soon as possible.
