Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

 

At bagrusareesuit, every product goes through proper quality checking before dispatch. Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns Not Accepted In These Cases

  1. If the customer does not like the fabric, material, or color of the dress.
    (We suggest reading the product description properly before ordering.)
  2. If the customer is not satisfied, as we deliver exactly what is shown on the website.
  3. If the product is washed, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  4. Small issues like tassels pulled or loose threads caused during transit are not considered defects.
  5. 5–10% color difference is normal due to lighting and screen resolution.
    No return or exchange will be accepted for this reason.
  6. Any damage done by the customer will cancel the return and exchange claim.

🔁 Exchange Policy

  1. Only one-time exchange is allowed.
  2. Exchange is accepted only if the customer wants to exchange the product with a different product of same or higher value.
  3. Free shipping is not available for exchange.
  4. The original product must be sent back by the customer at their own cost.
  5. If the customer pays the shipping charges, we can arrange reverse pickup.
  6. ₹80 per piece shipping charge will be applicable for exchange handling.

🛠️ Manufacturing Defect (Only Valid Return Case)

Return is accepted only in case of manufacturing defect.

Conditions:

  1. Customer must inform us within 2 days of delivery.
  2. Product must be sent back within 4 days after delivery.
  3. Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  4. After receiving and checking the product, a replacement will be sent.

🚚 Wrong Product Delivered

If a wrong product is delivered:

  1. We will arrange reverse pickup
  2. We will send the correct product to you

⏳ Policy Time Limit

  1. Our policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase.
  2. After 7 days, no return, refund, or exchange will be accepted.

💰 Refund Policy

  1. After receiving and checking the returned product, we will inform you by email or WhatsApp.
  2. If approved, refund will be processed within 5–6 working days.
  3. Refund will be credited to the customer’s bank account.
